When the order is confirmed, we undertake and follow all the essential procedures until the goods are produced, loaded and shipped. This means that we follow up – in co-operation with the manufacturer- all the artworks preparations (packaging, packing, silk screens), user manuals preparations and translations, after sales support management (spare parts) etc.

We will ensure that everything is arranged up to the customer’s requests and standards. An additional service we provide, upon request, is the quality inspection control before loading or during production.

Most of our products are sold nation wide in the largest chain stores, super markets, department stores, as well as individual retailers and e-stores under regular or promotional sales.

Moreover, several goods are distributed through our customers or third parties in other European countries, such as Germany, Cyprus, Balkan countries, etc.
